- An engagement by a North American network airline with respect to the potential acquisition of on-lease aircraft.
- An engagement by Fiji Airways on fleet-related matters.
- Completion of an assignment on behalf of WestJet in connection with sale and leaseback financing of five new 737 MAX aircraft joining the fleet in 2024/2025. In the recent quarter, SkyWorks closed on a lease agreement for one of the 737 MAX 8 aircraft, in addition to the four aircraft that closed in 3Q24.
- Completion of an assignment on behalf of Spirit Airlines for the sale of 23 A320ceo family aircraft.
- Completion of an assignment on behalf of a North American LCC with respect to fleet strategy.
- Completion of an assignment on behalf of Jeju Air with respect to the acquisition of one on-lease 737-800 aircraft.
- Completion of an assignment on behalf of Northwestern Mutual for the forward sale of one 767-200ER aircraft on lease to United Airlines.
- Completion of an assignment on behalf of a U.S. financial institution for the lease extension of one A319-100 on lease to American Airlines.
