SkyWorks Holdings, LLC (“SkyWorks”) has announced that Christian Hansen has joined the firm as Senior Advisor, further strengthening SkyWorks’ senior coverage team as the firm continues to expand its global advisory and investment banking platform.

Mr. Hansen joins SkyWorks following a distinguished 35-year career at the international law firm White & Case, where he held a variety of senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as head of the firm’s Latin America Practice and its global Asset Finance practice, advising airlines, lessors, and financial institutions on complex aviation and structured finance matters. His background spans aircraft and engine financings, restructurings, OEM negotiations, joint ventures, long-term maintenance arrangements, and corporate financing transactions, making him a valuable strategic resource for SkyWorks and its clients.
