SkyWorks Holdings, LLC (“SkyWorks”) is pleased to announce that Daniel Skwarek has joined the firm as Managing Director, further strengthening its aviation advisory platform.

Throughout his career, Skwarek has led airline commercial teams and initiatives spanning alliance development, large-scale network optimization and analysis, pricing strategy, revenue management, forecasting, and international and regulatory affairs. His leadership in structuring and executing global joint ventures, advising airlines on competitive positioning, and developing growth strategies positions him as a valuable addition to the SkyWorks team.

Skwarek brings three decades of aviation industry experience, including 25 years in commercial leadership roles at Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at InterVISTAS Consulting, where he led the airline commercial consulting, airport air service, and aviation policy practices. He has provided analysis and insights to clients across the globe, including large network airlines, low-cost airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, and airline industry associations.
