SkyWorks has been awarded Airfinance Journal’s 2022 Airline Restructuring Deal of the Year and Ishka’s Best Restructuring Deal 2022 award for its restructuring work at Aeromexico. SkyWorks advised the airline on its Chapter 11 fleet restructuring, resulting in over $2 billion in savings across $5.5 billion of restructured obligations. The restructuring positions the airline for the future as it continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
