When Peter Warlick, a longtime aviation industry leader at American Airlines was diagnosed with ALS, he created Warlick’s Warriors, a campaign to fund ALS research with the goal of seeking a cure. In just two years, Peter has raised over $4.2mm for Answer ALS, the largest ALS research effort ever undertaken. Its efforts have helped supply relief during events such as COVID-19 global pandemic; tornadoes and hurricanes in Central America, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Gulf Coast and Southeast; the industrial explosion in Beirut; the Taal volcano eruption in the Philippines; brushfires in Australia; and refugee crisis in Venezuela, Syria, and other regions.
