Analyst Program for College Graduates
Our Analyst program focuses on college undergraduates interested in a career in aviation finance and young professionals with up to 1-2 years of industry experience. New hires will work alongside senior professionals to support our global clients. Key opportunities for Analysts include:
- Supporting transactions with airlines and investors globally
- High degree of responsibility that provides meaningful contributions to the firm and our clients
- Ongoing development opportunities including networking, front-facing client interactions, and industry education programs
Program Eligibility:
- Undergraduates in their last year of school
- Candidates must be willing to work in Greenwich, CT
- Coursework in business or related fields; prior internships in finance or aviation
Internships for Undergraduate Students
The SkyWorks Summer Analyst program provides college students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aviation advisory and aircraft leasing industry. As a summer analyst, you will gain valuable insights into the aviation industry through hands-on experience supporting live transactions and industry research. This program is an opportunity to learn the industry and to see if you’re a fit for our Analyst program for college graduates.
