SkyWorks Recognized With Two Follow-on Deal of the Year Awards by Airfinance Journal and ishka
SkyWorks Securities, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SkyWorks Capital, LLC and a member of FINRA, played a key role in advising Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings in respect of the financing of 6 767-300ER freighters that it has acquired to operate for Amazon Fulfillment Services. The transaction has previously been recognized by Airline Economics and has subsequently has received the Airfinance Journal award for 2017 Innovative Deal of the Year and the ishka award for Best Commercial Bank Deal 2017.
These awards represents a key achievement for Atlas. The transaction involved the private placement combined with a bank financing for six aircraft as part of a larger financing program for 22 767-300ER freighter aircraft on which SkyWorks is advising Atlas.
