SkyWorks Announces Q3 2025 Activities
SkyWorks Holdings today announced completed transactions and new engagements entered into during Q3 2025 across its advisory and asset management platform, as follows:
- Advised Avelo Airlines on the order of up to 100 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.
- Advised Copa Airlines on the sourcing of one 737-800BCF aircraft.
- Arranged the sale of one A320-200 aircraft on lease to Brussels Airlines on behalf of a U.S.-based investor.
- Arranged the lease extension of one 757-200 aircraft on lease to United Airlines on behalf of a U.S.-based investor.
- Arranged the sale of six 737-800 aircraft to United Nigeria Airlines, where it partnered with Southwest Airlines
- Arranged the forward sale of 10 mid-life 737-800 aircraft to a major leasing company and two international airlines on behalf of a North American low-cost carrier.
- Arranged sale-leaseback financing for 14 PW1100G engines on behalf of a North American carrier.
- Engaged by Avelo Airlines with respect to arranging financing for E195-E2 aircraft.
- Engaged by a North American charter operator with respect to arranging aircraft financing.
In addition, SkyWorks continued to support its clients related to the following engagements:
- Azul Brazilian Airlines with respect to fleet-related restructuring advisory services as part of its Chapter 11 restructuring.
- North American low-cost carrier to review its commercial, business, and fleet plan.
- Flair Airlines with respect to the sourcing of 737NG aircraft.
- An EMEA ACMI carrier with respect to engine maintenance solutions.
- US-based investor with respect to the remarketing of one A321-200PCF aircraft for sale or lease.
- North American low-cost carrier with respect to its aircraft order book.
- North American network airline with respect to the potential acquisition of on-lease aircraft.
