SkyWorks Announces Q4 2025 Activities
SkyWorks Holdings today announced completed transactions and new engagements entered into during Q4 2025 across its advisory and asset management platform, as follows:
- Advised a North American low-cost carrier on certain amendments with respect to its aircraft order book.
- Performed an analysis of Viva’s fleet and operations in support of Viva’s strategic transaction with Volaris.
- Advised a North American low-cost carrier with respect to its commercial, business, and fleet plan.
- Arranged the sale of four aircraft, including two A320-200s (on lease to Batik Air), one 737-900ER (on lease to Thai Lion Air), and one 787-8 (on lease to Aeromexico) on behalf of Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing.
- Arranged the lease extension of three A320-200 aircraft on lease to American Airlines on behalf of a U.S.-based investor.
- Arranged the lease extension of one A320-200 aircraft on lease to Bangkok Airways on behalf of a U.S.-based investor.
- Engaged as co-financial advisor to the ad hoc committee of secured noteholders and debtor-in-possession lenders in the Spirit Airlines Chapter 11 case.
- Engaged by an Asia-Pacific low-cost carrier to arrange the sale of three 737-800 aircraft.
- Engaged by an EMEA flag carrier with respect to the potential order of long-haul aircraft.
- Engaged by a North American network carrier with respect to the selection of engines to power its on-order A321neo fleet.
In addition, SkyWorks continued to support its clients related to the following engagements:
- Azul Brazilian Airlines with respect to fleet-related restructuring advisory services as part of its Chapter 11 restructuring.
- Avelo Airlines with respect to arranging financing for E195-E2 aircraft.
- Flair Airlines with respect to the sourcing of 737NG aircraft.
- Flair Airlines with respect to an engine maintenance contract negotiation.
- An EMEA ACMI carrier with respect to engine maintenance solutions.
- US-based investor with respect to the remarketing of one A321-200PCF aircraft for sale or lease.
- North American network airline with respect to the potential acquisition of on-lease aircraft.
