SkyWorks Appoints Michael Lypka as Managing Director
Firm Continues to Grow and Diversify Aviation Advisory and Asset Management Services
SkyWorks Holdings, LLC ("SkyWorks"), a leading aviation advisory and asset management firm, announced today the appointment of Michael Lypka as Managing Director. The appointment is part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to expand its global reach and diversify its specialized aviation advisory and asset management services.

Lypka, who will be based in the firm’s Greenwich, Connecticut office, has more than three decades of wide-ranging experience in the financial services industry. Lypka joins SkyWorks from Seabury Securities, where he held the position of Managing Director. Prior to that, he was a partner at Babcock & Brown.

Lypka earned his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
